Mary Hanna and Sancette

I caught up with Victorian Dressage Coach and well known FEI competitor Mary Hanna via telephone to see how she was getting on with her stunning new 9 YO Sandro Hit gelding Sancette and she agreed to share something of her recent experiences training with Steffen Peters. Mary hopes to make Sancette her 4th Olympic partner working towards London 2012, although most people are focussed on the coming World Equestrian Games in Kentucky, Mary said, "I want to make sure that we have the time to work together and establish a really good relationship with enough competition experience to work on the technical elements of the Grand Prix test, plus the opportunity to put together a top international freestyle presentation. It seems like a long way off, but really the months fly by and my focus for the next two years will be working hard with Sancette to make sure that all aspects of our preparation is covered.
